About Andy Futuro
Dark futures. Twisted laughs. Stories you won’t forget.
Andy Futuro is an American author of speculative fiction—genre-fused, gritty, and unapologetically weird. His work has been categorized as science fiction, cyberpunk, horror, noir, metaphysical, absurdist, and dystopian, often all at once.
Andy is the author of five books, including the cyberpunk novel No Dogs in Philly (Special Sin #1) and the dark comedy Rooting for the Apocalypse. His Special Sin series follows a strong female protagonist as she battles aliens, AIs, clones, corporations, psychics, and mutants on a quest to avert the apocalypse.
His influences hover between the dark and the brilliant: William Gibson, H.P. Lovecraft, Neal Stephenson, Stephen King, Alan Moore, Robert A. Heinlein, Philip K. Dick, Frank Herbert, and Hugh Howey.
